The initial simple design and construction of 5-tier equipment, the short growth of this project provides a comprehensive integration of the latest and important acquisition of 7-tier Ge, Alstom. The new office houses a number of Ge companies, including power services, oil and gas, medical and lighting.
Brief delivery agile work for an organization is described as a "global digital industry" company's finished product providing a strong representation of Ge brands, culture and the future.
The office is designed to provide a large area office with non assigned desks for an agile solution. This is ultimately in the office accommodation solution, which considers that 5 - 6 different types of work areas can utilize the bench of employees, 120 degree workstation, sitting workstation and more informal space. The focus is on the use of staff happiness in adaptive and ergonomic solutions, Howard zone task chairs.
The parameters at maximum density require working in Malaysia, each floor designed to accommodate up to 125 fixed workstations. Each layer also includes a mixed project department and sitting workstation to encourage collaborative practice.
The main reception building is located in a 38 level building with a future location with two enhanced NOCs as the background. These NOCs provide key oversight of GE's power and oil and gas companies as well as as as as demonstrate GE's workflow and value proposition. In addition, a large integrated touch screen video wall 138 "diameter 46" LCD TV provided on 9, 138 and an interactive display stand allow visitors to learn more about GE's business. The additional free design statement is to complete a dynamic visitor experience by providing two arc glass conference room reception / terminal waiting areas.
As part of the public meeting face kit, the reception area and main conference room are attached to one area, and two other conference rooms and company training facilities. These areas are the company's visual connection that enables all severe AV simultaneously through a timeline wall.
Located in the adjacent reception is the technology cafe and the main server room. This area provides internal support for all GE employees and also demonstrates GE's technical strength. Server rooms are glass, the latest example of the house lean technology although the tech Cafe itself houses a vending machine (a machine sells consumables).
In the short run, acoustic privacy and technical availability maintain two main brief requirements, which are achieved by using the front door and solution of the Jabb X series double glass office door and solutions to achieve high quality ratings.
