The half acre Fangtian architectural landscape design institute is close to the ring expressway, with convenient transportation and superior location. It is close to the green shade. This case organizes the space order through the typical circular area division and symmetrical axis, and strives to simplify the complex office area, give full play to the lighting characteristics of the original French windows, maximize the use of natural light and ventilation, and create more bright open space. Combined with the functional requirements, we divide the space into four areas: Architectural Center, landscape center, cartographic center and multi-functional center. Around the multi-functional area, the other three areas are distributed in turn and mutually complementary to form a harmonious and orderly traffic line. The materials are simple, natural and durable. The ground is paved with gray floor paint, the wall is painted with white latex paint, and the partition is treated with large area tempered glass. Through delicate layout, simple color and simple soft decoration, the overall space strives to provide users with a clean, elegant, relaxed and natural modern office atmosphere. The entrance hall takes the white wall as the paper, the light as the line, the enterprise logo as the point, and the simple pottery pot embellishment to form the organic composition aesthetics, and there is no need to add any redundant decoration, so the whole spirit will jump on. The multi-functional reception area on the side of the corridor uses five simple revolving doors to extend the transverse space sense of the corridor. It can also enter from any two aisles according to different functional requirements, which provides more possibilities for the later space form change and function re creation. Through the corridor, an open office area that can accommodate 30 people is immediately visible, with black and white as the main color and orange office chairs as the embellishment color. Natural light is sprinkled in through the large French windows and integrated with the solid wood tabletop. The semi transparent rolling curtain can effectively control the light intensity and glare, and it is especially warm in the morning or near the night.
